How do I place an order?

Before you make an order, you will need to browse or search for the item you are looking for. Use our menus or search box in order to find your items.

To find out all about a product, click on the item to view the details. You can change the quantity you want by clicking the number in the quantity box. This number will automatically be set to 1, so if you click add to basket, 1 will be added. You can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout

How do I checkout?

Once at the checkout you can either checkout as a guest, or sign up for an account. We would always recommend signing up for an account as it makes checking out easier next time by storing your billing and shipping addresses. This is a good time to point out, that we never store your credit card details and Dumi's Crystals provides a 100% secure shopping experience, so you can shop with confidence.

What Payment Methods Do You Offer?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I use a different delivery address?

Yes, at checkout you will be able to use a separate delivery address to your billing details.

How do I know my order has gone through?

Once you have placed your order with us (thank you!), you will receive a confirmation email to tell you your order has been received safely. Worth checking that all of your delivery address information is correct on this - if it isn't, just drop us an email using our contact form here and we will sort out any issues.

I forgot to add items to my order, can you add them?

Unfortunately it's really difficult for us to add items to an order once it has been placed, however if you drop us an email using our contact form here and we will do our best to accommodate any request.

Can I change my address once my order’s gone through?

Unfortunately, this is not usually possible, but please email us using our contact form here and as long as we haven't started processing your order, we may be able to do something.

When will my order be despatched?

We despatch all orders we receive before 5pm Monday to Friday the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is despatched. Please email us using our contact form here. If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will sort out your refund as soon as we receive the items back.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If it has been over 10 working days for Royal Mail deliveries, get in touch via the contact us page. 

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

We are sorry to hear there was a problem with your order. Please ger in touch using the contact form so that we can help make things right.

What will happen with my refund if I’ve used a spend and save code?

All of our spend and save codes have a minimum spend, which you'll be able to view in the T&Cs of the code. This minimum spend must be met for the promo code to apply.

If you place an order using a spend and save code, and then return an item from your order that brings the cost of your order under the minimum spend, then the terms of the code have no longer been met. This may mean that the amount you're refunded for the returned item is adjusted, or that no refund will be given.

An example of how a refund may be adjusted is below:

Code - £10 off a minimum £50 spend
Order total - £60
Returned item - £20


As the return brings the total spend under the minimum spend of £50, the refund will be adjusted to reflect this and the discount of £10 removed. This would mean a refund of £10 would be issued.

If the minimum spend has still been met you have nothing to worry about, but if you fall under it the terms and conditions have no longer been met.

The refund amount you'll get will be outlined on the e-mail we send to you.
